NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1.      Storage. The Storer agrees to safely store the Firearms in a locked container or safe in a secure location.

2.      Ownership. The Owner retains full ownership of the Firearms at all times during the storage period.

3.      Storage Fee. The Owner agrees to pay the Storer a storage fee of $1 per day per firearm. The total storage fee shall be calculated based on the number of days the Firearms are stored, and owes it at the end of every month.

4.      Term. The storage period shall begin on the date showed above and shall end once the firearms have been disposed from the Storer’s posession. The Owner may retrieve the Firearms at any time during the storage period upon providing reasonable notice to the Storer.

5.      Representations and Warranties. The Owner represents and warrants that the Firearms are legally owned and possessed, and that the storage of the Firearms by the Storer is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6.      Limitation of Liability. The Storer shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Firearms arising from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to theft, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

7.      Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles.

8.      Contact. It is the responsibility of the Owner to make contact with the Storer to process the Storage Fee

9.      Failure to pay. If The Owner fails to pay The Storer for a period of 120 days. The Owner will forfeit their stored possessions to the Storer to recuperate the costs.

10.  Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether oral or written.
